Booking
The payment
The reservation becomes effective when we have received your deposit (50% of the price of the stay). You will be asked to pay the balance 35 days before the start of your stay. You will receive an email in due course telling you how to proceed (remember to check your spam folder if the email does not reach you). The customer who has not paid the balance by the agreed date is considered to have cancelled his stay. In this case, the gîte is offered for rent again and no refund is made. For stays booked less than 35 days before the date of arrival, the total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.
Security deposit
It is paid at the handing over of the keys and its amount is 300€.
The little extras
The "petis plus" must be ardered at the latest 48H before.
Mandatory tourist tax
This one is perceived by the "Lannion Trégor Community" for the gites or the Manor and by the city of Perros-Guirec for L'Ilot de Lancelot and Le rêve d'Adèle. As our gîtes are classified 3*, the tourist tax is limited to 1,30€ per night per adult for the gites of the Manor and 1,60€ per night per adult for the gites of the beach. The amount of this tax is automatically added to your balance.
Cancellation (updated to 25 May 2023)
Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by registered letter or email with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to the Manoir des petites Bretonnes.
1. Cancellation before 91 days before the start of the holiday: Refund of sums paid.
2. Cancellation between 90 and 35 days before the start of the holiday: The 50% deposit remains the property of the owner and will be converted into a credit note for another stay if the accommodation is re-let for these dates. This credit is valid for 6 months to make a new reservation.
3. Cancellation before 35 days before the start date of the stay: 100% of the price of the stay is due to the owner and will be converted into a credit note for another stay if the accommodation is re-let for these dates. This credit is valid for 6 months to make a new reservation.
4. In the event of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date or in the event of a shortened stay, the sums paid will not be reimbursed and the owner may re-let your accommodation.

The tourist tax is refunded regardless of the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation by the lessor: In the event that the lessor is prevented from honouring his commitments in the event of force majeure, the lessor reserves the right to cancel reservations and refund all sums paid, to the exclusion of any other claim on the part of the customer.

The schedules
We will welcome you between 5 pm and 7 pm (from 4 pm for Lancelot).
In case of arrival between 7 and 8 p.m, thank you to call us at the following number : +33(0)684 682 211, so that we can make the necessary arrangements and welcome you in the best conditions.
For late arrivals (after 8 p.m.), possibility of independent arrival. Please contact us for details.
The inventory of the premises
On arrival, we will guide you to your gîte which you can discover and inspect quietly. Any anomaly or failure must be reported to us within 24 hours of your arrival.
Capacity
This reservation is established for a specific number of persons. If the number of persons exceeds the capacity indicated in the quotation/contract, the owner has the right to refuse additional guests. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or a break at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of departure of the number of clients exceeding those refused, no refund can be considered. The houses or apartments must be used only by the tenants. Therefore any entry of outside persons must be subject to the formal agreement of the owner.
Your departure
The schedules
On the day of departure, it is imperative to vacate the premises before 10 am (before 9 am for Lancelot). Departures are from 7 am..

The inventory of the premises
When you leave, we will make a visit of the place together.
The security deposit
The security deposit is returned on the day of your departure if the inventory of the place shows no damage or loss or insufficient cleaning. In the event of early departure (before the time mentioned in this document), the deposit is returned within a period not exceeding 7 days, after deduction of any restoration or repurchase costs. Any loss or damage will be invoiced at the new price and deducted from the security deposit.
End of stay cleaning
PLEASE DON'T UNPACK THE BEDS !
If you have chosen the end of stay cleaning option, you will just have to put away the dishes and empty the bins.
Your stay
Animals
Your pets can be accepted with the formal agreement of the owner. It doesn't matter how big it is, as long as it is well trained and discreet. We will ask you not to leave it alone in the gîte. A certificate of insurance covering your pet must be sent to us within a week after booking. The dog stay is charged 10€ per day par animal. The end-of-stay cleaning option is compulsory and must be selected when making your online booking. At the manor, the chickens are free range. Therefore, your dog must be kept on a leash in the manor. All around the manor you will find meadows and small paths to walk your dog in total freedom. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats, but there is a cat-friendly holiday home just 5 minutes from the manor.
Use of the premises
Groups welcome on request. The children evolving within the Manoir des petites Bretonnes are under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents. The client and the persons accompanying him during his stay must respect the peaceful character of the place and use it in conformity with their destination. It is forbidden to give food to the animals present on the site without the owner's agreement. The customer will take care to keep the common areas clean (car park, laundry, garden, garbage containers, etc.).
Civil liability Insurance
Please check with your insurance company if your domestic insurance policy includes a protection for holiday rentals. Should this not be the case, we advise you to subscribe a specific holiday insurance policy.
FANCY A SMOOTH DEPARTURE :
We offer a housecleaning service for an extra charge, :
- 70 euros for Violette, Ninon and Lancelot
- 80 euros for Adèle, Marie, Eugénie, Léonie and Madeleine
- 100 euros for Louison and Blanche
You’ll just have to wash the tableware and put it away in closets, and to empty the bins.
General Informations
- The gîtes are non-smoking but ashtrays are available in the garden.
- The accommodations are non-smoking areas. However, some ashtrays are provided in the garden.
- We’ll provide you with some bin bags during the whole duration of your stay. You’ll find a bin storage area near the car park. Some trash cans with selective sorting are also available.
- A private parking place is included for each accommodation. Your guests will need to park their vehicles outside the property.
- The garden must stay a quiet place to relax. We request our guests to respect the property’s tranquillity.
- Please do not wash the household linen. Fresh household linen is provided whenever needed.
